Reps who sign in to the Itero Coach app on iPhone or Android with Zoho see their Zoho CRM meetings as appointments, with a reminder before each one. When the meeting starts, the rep confirms everyone present agreed and records with one tap; about two minutes later the conversation is scored against your scorecard (Virtual Ride-Alongs).
Call Fields Sent to Zoho by Webhook
With Call Data Capture, you describe each field you want in plain English, and Itero extracts it from every call transcript. The captured fields are sent to an HTTPS webhook as each call finishes, and from there they can be mapped into fields in Zoho CRM or any other CRM. Practice calls are excluded.
